This pen comes with a Pilot G2 0.7 mm refill in it. You may need to reference the Tactile Turn website to help you decide what refills you would like to purchase for your pen.
The body of this pen was made out of G10, which is a composite material made by layering glass cloth soaked in epoxy. It is light and durable, but it may show some texture until it smooths out from use.
The clip is stainless steel.
